Budinger (Timmy to his friends and coworkers and any one else who
he knows) is a 3rd class guild navigator with the amazing and genetically
feasible ability to fold space, thereby allowing the Empire to exist.
Upon learning of an Ixian device that can do the same job, Tim (Timmy)
quit the guild and now enjoys Improv comedy.
Using his limited prescience he is able to peer a small way into
the future and pick out the funniest thing to say at any given moment.
If something he says during a show does not appear funny, you should
see what the other options were.
He is also a full-time student at Pima Community College, a contributing
writer to The Aztec Press, Comedy Corner and the Tucson Weekly.
He is also addicted to music and thinks "?" is the coolest
punctuation mark.
